As with most FAQ pages, it's impossible to publish all the questions that are asked. So, if your question is not covered on this page, please contact our Customer Service department and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 1. What do I receive when I purchase a workbook?

2. Can I use a workbook for more than one child?
Each workbook is tailored for a specific study area for a specific grade. If you have more than one child in the same grade, then yes, you can use the workbook with more than one child. Each sheet has a place for the child to enter their name and date. This will help you keep their work separate.

3. Why is there only one sample workbook per grade?
Each sample workbook includes worksheets for most study areas so you get a broad variety of samples for each grade.

4 .Are these workbooks certified through the Board of Education?
No. All workbooks are the culmination of extensive research from teachers and tutors throughout the country to bring you the most current and uptodate worksheets for each grade.

5. Why are some grades missing workbooks?
It takes quite a long time to research, design and create a workbook for each study area for each grade. We are working very hard to finish all workbooks as soon as possible.

6. I placed an order but I never got any emails?
If you did not receive your confirmation email in a timely fashion, please check your spam folder. If you still have not received your email after 15 minutes, please send an email to Customer Service with your information so they can look up your order.

7. When I click on the link, the workbooks opens in Adobe Reader. I thought I was suppose to download the workbook?
When you click on the workbook link, the workbook actually downloads into Adobe Reader on your computer. In fact, it may take several minutes for you to view the complete workbook if you have a slow internet connection or if your connection is dialup. When you can finally move from the first page to the last page of the workbook, your download is complete.

8. My child can't type in the pages. Is there something wrong with the workbook?
Adobe Reader does not allow you to enter information directly into the pages it displays. Plus, the workbooks were designed to allow the parent to print out any of the worksheets for their child. In this way, the workbook is never touched and the parent can print as many copies of a particular worksheet as they need.

9. Can I get a refund for the workbook I purchased?
Because the software is downloadable, we don't usually give refunds. It's just like buying software at a local retailer. A customer can open the package, burn a copy and then return the original. If the retailer accepts the open package, the customer just got the software for free. But most retailers will not refund a software purchase unless it's returned unopened. The same applies to electronically-delivered goods. Once you download the workbook, for all intents and purposes, the "software package" is opened.

10. I dont like the workbook I purchased, what do I do?
We are sorry if you don't like the workbook you purchased. In most cases we do not issue refunds. We purposely created sample worksheet pages so parents could try out the workbook before buying. We also ask each parent to read the End User License Agreement before purchasing so they understand the terms and conditions surrounding their purchase. Then each customer must check off that they read the EULA before they can complete their purchase.

11. Do I have to download the workbook each time I use it?
No. Once you have downloaded the complete workbook into Adobe Reader, click on the File menu and then click on "Save As...". Or you can click on the "Save" icon on the Adobe toolbar.
