JumpStart is an award-winning adventure-based 3D virtual world that is super-personalized, wildly imaginative and really fun, but don't let that fool you - it also teaches math, reading, and critical thinking skills so kids get a real jump start in life. From age 3 to 10.

There is a free membership which is very good...but to experience the full site will cost you $8 a month or $150 for a lifetime membership.

ABCya! is a leader in free educational kids computer games and activities for elementary students to learn on the web. All children's educational computer games and activities were created or approved by certified teachers. ABCya! educational games are free and are modeled from primary grade lessons and enhanced to provide an interactive way for children to learn.

Grades covered are Kindergarten through 5th Grade.

FunSchool.com is a free website that is owned by Walt Disney (it was acquired from Kaboose.com). The website provides lots of interactive games that are both fun and educational for young children.

Grades Preschool through 6th Grade.

You can find games teaching children from recycling to computer history. Moreover, FunSchool.com is also a very good information center, providing lots of information to parents - from counseling to crafting ideas.
